This is a more comprehensive report used to provide insurance companies with replacement cost values. Replacement values are based on the cost to replace an article with another article of comparable material, vintage and quality.
Expert Witness Testimony
We provide research, reports, analysis and consultation for court proceedings as they relate to our areas of expertise. Areas of specialty include period furnishings, antiques, fine art, assessment and investigation of insurance damage claims.
Service Fees and Professional Services
All appraisal reports are completed in accordance with recognized and accepted standards following USPAP guidelines and nomenclature. Our professionally bound appraisal reports include detailed article information, supporting research and photographic documentation.
The profile of each estate and collection is unique. A preliminary confidential exchange of information can be done by telephone or email. A visit and consultation at the residence will provide an estimate of the scope of work and cost of professional services for the client. Professional service fees are based on an hourly rate plus applicable taxes.
